If you need to return the Litter-Robot, email us at returns@litter-robot.eu to request an RMA number. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.
Please make sure the Litter-Robot is carefully packaged (the original packing materials are best) in order to avoid damage in shipment.
