We send the Litter-Robot to you either by Standard Services or UPS.
Standard Service
The Standard Service includes NO tracking & tracing possibility.
The shipping time varies from country to country. Regularly it is 5-10 days, but if a package disappears on the way, it might be up to eight weeks before we can refund the money.
The prices for Standard Service are divided up into countries. The shipping rates per unit are as follows:

UPS Shipment
UPS shipments are guaranteed to reach you within 6 working days. Regularly the packages are received within 3 days.
You will receive a tracking & tracing number from us. In this way it is possible for you to arrange to be at home when the package arrives.
